We moved recently from California to Boston. I spent almost a decade nearly never checking what the weather would be, I always knew what it was before leaving the house.
Now in Boston our lifestyle is determined by the whims of mother nature. Yesterday the “real feel” outside was 6 degrees fahrenheit. I think this illustration captures the permeating cold that cuts through your clothes on a day like yesterday. (How it's made video below)

If we assume that the language we use matters, which I do, it's worth asking: Are we accepting creativity? Are we pursuing creativity? or maybe it’s something else entirely. Maybe living creatively or living creativity. I think part of it is that we think about being "creative" "quirky" "artsy", but are we really needing to be those? Or is it more about putting in time and energy investing in our craft? Putting in the work?
